Our consignment process is straightforward, fair, and created to make selling your pieces feel effortless.

How It Works

  • GATHER YOUR ITEMS

    We curate a focused selection of iconic and emerging designers that are relevant now. We accept in-season items only, with fall pieces beginning in August and spring/summer pieces beginning in February.

    All items must be:

    • Clean
    • In excellent condition
    • Brought in on hangers or neatly folded


    We accept a wide range of designers. See our Labels We Love below for examples.

    Note: Acceptance is based on current inventory needs and customer demand.

  • NO APPOINTMENT NECESSARY

    Consignment is accepted during store hours:
    Monday–Saturday: 11am–5pm
    Sunday: 12pm–4pm

    Items are reviewed on the spot. We select only what we know our customers love and what we believe will sell. If we pass on any pieces, we’re always happy to recommend other consignment shops that may be a better fit.

  • HOW YOU GET PAID

    Payouts are issued at the beginning of each month for items sold the previous month.

    We prefer to pay consignors via direct deposit through the consignor portal to ensure the quickest, most convenient payout. If you opt out, we will mail a paper check instead.

GOOD TO KNOW

You are responsible for monitoring your item expiration dates and letting us know if you’d like to pick up unsold items.

A three-day grace period is provided after expiration.
Unclaimed items will be donated to the Jubilee Center

Thank you for understanding—due to limited space, we’re unable to store items beyond this window.
