Consignment Terms

The base consignment period is three months, unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties. Odette & Co has the right to end the contract at any time and request that items be picked up.

There is a three day grace period to pick up any unsold items after the three months, and it is your responsibility to do so within this timeframe.

It is your responsibility to contact the store within the three day grace period if you are unable to pick up any items.

Unclaimed items will become the property of Odette & Co and will be donated or sold at a discounted rate.

Any items dropped off for evaluation that are not accepted must be picked up within one week of the date of drop-off or they will be donated.

You will receive 50% of the selling price of your consigned items, unless otherwise agreed upon.

We price each item based on brand, market value, condition, and customer demand. Items are discounted up to 20% within the consignment period to facilitate their sale. The time of discount is at the discretion of Odette & Co.

We will take exceptional care of the items you consign; however, merchandise is left at your own risk. Odette & Co is not responsible for loss or damage to any item, regardless of the reason, including theft or fire.

Authentication documentation is required for luxury designer bags & watches. If you do not have it, we will have the item(s) authenticated by a third party. The $25 authentication fee per item is the responsibility of the consignor (you) and will be deducted from your earnings. For Hermes bags, the authentication fee is $100.00.

You, the consignor, are responsible for updating Odette & Co of any address changes. A $30.00 fee will be deducted from your earnings if your check must be reissued. Checks not cashed within 60 days of issue will be converted to store credit.
